After graduating from the Industrial Engineering department of Sabancı University following Robert College, I worked in various managerial positions at local and global brands for over 12 years. During this period, I gained valuable insights and experiences in companies with different cultures across various sectors. Leveraging these experiences, I engaged in social responsibility projects focused on mentoring young individuals. Since 2019, I have been actively involved in coaching and mentoring with several non-profit organizations, including the Association for Supporting Contemporary Life, the Community Volunteers Foundation, and the Turkish Education Foundation. To further enhance my ability to support individuals comprehensively, I obtained a Professional Coaching certificate from Erickson International, one of the world's leading coaching schools, and continued to support individuals as a professional coach alongside mentoring. My goal is to provide coaching services and share my experiences and knowledge for mentorship to those who seek self-improvement, strategic planning for their careers, and overcoming obstacles in their lives. Some common areas I frequently work on include boosting self-confidence, overcoming procrastination due to fear of failure, addressing the fear of criticism that hinders free expression, tackling indecision and lack of motivation, and managing relationships in personal and professional lives, as well as formulating career strategies.

In my coaching practice, I have observed that clients sometimes struggle to shift their perspectives on past experiences while focusing on the future. To address this, I pursued NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) training from Erickson International. NLP utilizes powerful tools to change memories, sounds, beliefs, and fears that hinder our progress and development. It employs various techniques to erase unhelpful past memories, ensuring more effective outcomes in future-oriented work.

My fee ranges between 150$ - 400$ and the rate changes according to the coachee's exact needs and according to the formulated custom coaching plan that incorporates at least 8 sessions (advices by Erickson) using the best tools and techniques of Solution Focused Coaching and Neuro Linguistic Programming trainings from Erickson International.
