I am drawn to and have a talent for finding leadership potential and approaches to leadership that can be mainstream or non-traditional -- I know it when I feel it, and it's not always obvious to others. When I find them, I’ll work with a leader no matter where they come from, and help them go further into self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and a recognition of their gifts and talents, particularly the ones they may have previously thought of as weaknesses. I champion my clients' in finding their full self-expression and courageous authenticity, to be the leader only they can be, doing the work that matters most to them.

- Worked extensively with the Mastery of Self-Expression (via the Actors Institute/TAI in both London & New York) in late '90s - Trained with CTI (Coaches Training Institute) in early '00s (both coaching and leadership training) - Wide variety of coaching training programs and approaches including Body-Centered Coaching, Shadow Coaching, and REN Coaching (in China; incorporating Taoist, Buddhist and Laotian principles); - Team Coaching training with Corentus (on-going) - most recently Virtuoso Program with the Accelerating Coach Excellence through coaching.com ('21-'24) - Assessments used when relevant include the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP), the ISPI™ (Innovation Strengths Preference Indicator®), and my own customized 360; familiarity with Hogan & Korn Ferry
