As an International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC), I've dedicated the past nine years to honing my private coaching practice, working closely with high-achieving professionals from diverse backgrounds across the Middle East, UK, Europe, and the US. My clientele includes top executives from various sectors such as FTSE 100 CEOs, government officials, bankers, lawyers, professors, medics, entrepreneurs, artists, and athletes. My coaching approach is deeply rooted in my extensive experience across commercial, health, and charity organisations. I offer tailored coaching services in Life, Professional Development, and Leadership Coaching, as well as specialised Career Transition Coaching Programs designed to navigate pivotal career shifts. In addition to my private practice, I collaborate with corporate organisations and also hold the position of Executive Coach at Stanton Chase Middle East, a renowned global executive search firm. In this role, I coach C-suite leaders to devise a more intentional approach to landing their next role.

I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, holding the Full Circle Certificate in Executive Coaching, certified as a Hogan Personality Assessor and a practitioner of The Leadership ProfileTM, as well as, a Firework Licensed Career Transition Coach. I have an MSc in Exercise and Sport Psychology and draw on theories of Sports Psychology and Mental Training, Positive Psychology, Positive Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, and Strength Strategy. As an ICF PCC credentialed Coach, I adhere to the ICF Code of Ethics and remain committed to ongoing training to ensure that I am up-to-date with the latest scientific and practical developments in the field and can deliver an effective coaching service, personalised to the needs of each client.
