Welcome to Coachtap, a coaching platform designed to connect individuals seeking personal and professional growth with experienced coaches across the globe. By accessing and using the Coachtap platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Coachtap's relationship with you in relation to this platform.

• 1. Acceptance of Terms

  By registering as a coach or using our services as a prospective client, you signify your agreement to these terms and conditions (the 'Terms'), our privacy policy, and any other relevant terms and conditions, policies, and notices which may be applicable to a specific section or module of this platform.

• 2. Coach Registration and Accounts

  Account Creation: Users must provide full name, contact information and professional credentials to create an account.

  Account Responsibility: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password and for restricting access to their computer, and they agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under their account.

• 3. Service Description

  Coachtap provides a searchable database of coaches and a suite of client management tools. Services may be updated, expanded, or limited at our discretion.

• 4. Membership Fees and Payments

  Fees: Coachtap is currently completely free for coaches to join and use. There are no registration or subscription fees at this time.

  Future: If we introduce any paid features or membership plans in the future, we will inform you clearly in advance. You will have the option to opt in to any paid services. No charges will be applied without your explicit consent.

• 5. Content and Intellectual Property

  User Content: Coaches may post content, including their profiles, coaching materials, and articles. Users retain ownership of their content but grant Coachtap a license to use, distribute, and display this content on the platform.

  Platform Content: All content provided by Coachtap, including the design, text, graphics, and interfaces, is owned by Coachtap and protected by intellectual property rights.

• 6. Conduct and Use of the Platform

  Users agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform or interfere with any other p use and enjoyment of the platform.

• 7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  Services Provided 'As Is': The platform and its services are provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind.

  Liability Limitation: Coachtap will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

• 8. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

  Coachtap reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of the platform after such changes will indicate your acceptance of the new terms.
